Hi, I’m Chamindu Mihiranga, and I am happy to be your guide on your PTE journey. I graduated from the University of Moratuwa with a B.Sc. Honours in Engineering and have extensive teaching and mentoring experience as an NVQ assessor and mentor to students and trainees. I also serve as a visiting lecturer at the University of Moratuwa and the Institute of Technology.
Like you, I was once a PTE student aiming high. On my first attempt, I scored 75, falling short of my target of 79+ with a 70 in speaking. Despite my confidence in my speaking skills, I wondered where I had gone wrong. Determined to succeed, I conducted thorough research, followed the E2 Language official PTE course, and completed a PTE preparation course by Macquarie University. It was then I realized that PTE success is not about the superficial tips and tricks often shared by YouTubers.
Through my journey, I discovered that the PTE exam requires an approach that mirrors real human interaction. Understanding that Pearson’s software evaluates candidates as a human would, I shifted my focus from mere tactics to solid, proven techniques. This shift allowed me to score a perfect 90.

Hi, I’m Chamindu Mihiranga, and I’ll be your guide on this journey to PTE success. I graduated from the University of Moratuwa with a B.Sc.
