At Yes for PTE, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines important information regarding payments, refunds, and course access.
- No Refunds or Transfers
Once payment is made for any of our courses, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy is in place because we grant instant access to all our learning materials through Google Classroom and our LMS immediately upon enrollment.
- Course Access and Benefits
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive 1-year accessto Google Classroom for the following courses:
- PTE Rapid Boost Course
- PTE One-to-One Course
- For the PTE Mastery Hub(our web-based course), you will gain access to our Learning Management System (LMS), which includes:
- Course videos, quizzes, progress tracking,and certificates upon completion.
- Access to all course materials directly through the LMS for 1 year.
- Within the 1-year period, you can join any live sessions of the next courses for freeif you are enrolled in the relevant courses.
- Any delay in accessing materials due to technical issues will be promptly addressed by our support team, but refunds will not be issued.
- Non-Returnable Services
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Course fees once paid.
- Fees for personalized feedback, mock tests, or one-on-one sessions.
- Any additional materials purchased separately.
- Course Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available, we may assist in rescheduling your session based on availability.

- LMS accessis exclusive to students who purchase the PTE Mastery Hub
- LMS features include:
- Video lessons, quizzes,and interactive content.
- Progress trackingto monitor your learning journey.
